AI Worksheet Generator (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a text-generation web tool that helps users create editable worksheet drafts, quiz questions, educational activities, and learning materials from information they provide.
1. Information You Enter
The App may process text you type into the form, including worksheet topic, subject, grade level, activity type, difficulty, language, learning objective, skills to practice, optional source text, and optional teacher instructions.
Please do not enter passwords, payment information, private student records, confidential school documents, medical information, legal documents, or any unnecessary sensitive personal data.
2. AI Processing
When you generate a worksheet, the submitted form details may be sent to an external AI API provider configured by the site owner, such as OpenAI or another AI service provider, to create the worksheet draft.
The AI provider may process the submitted information only as needed to generate the requested educational content. Users should avoid submitting any personal, confidential, or sensitive information that is not necessary for creating a worksheet.
3. Usage Limits and Technical Data
The website may process technical data such as IP address, browser information, device information, session identifiers, request time, usage count, and error logs to apply the free-generation limit, prevent abuse, diagnose issues, improve performance, and maintain the App.
4. Generated Content
The App generates worksheet drafts and educational materials based on the information provided by the user. Generated content may be temporarily processed to display the result on the page.
Unless a saving, account, or history feature is added in the future, the current web version is not intended to permanently store generated worksheets as user documents.
5. Accounts and Payments
The current web version does not include website subscriptions or paid website plans. After the free web generation limit is reached, the App may show a link to the owner’s Google Play developer page or a future app listing.
If website subscriptions, mobile app subscriptions, or paid features are added later, this Privacy Policy may be updated. If payments are processed through Google Play or another payment provider, payment processing will be handled according to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. We do not store full payment card details.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Limited request data and technical data may be processed by hosting providers, analytics tools, security services, payment providers, or AI service providers only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the App.
7. Data Retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, maintain security, prevent abuse, diagnose technical issues, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve the service.
Technical logs may be stored for a limited period for security, debugging, anti-abuse, and operational purposes. When information is no longer needed, it may be deleted, anonymized, or aggregated.
8. User Data Deletion Requests
Users may request deletion of personal information associated with their use of AI Worksheet Generator by contacting us at [email protected].
To help us process a deletion request, please include the app name, the email address or user identifier associated with your request if applicable, the approximate date of use, and a clear description of the information you want deleted.
After receiving a valid deletion request, we will make reasonable efforts to delete or anonymize the requested personal information, unless we are required or permitted to keep certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational reasons.
If a future Android version of the App includes user accounts, users may be able to request deletion of their account and associated data through the app interface and/or through a dedicated web deletion request page.
9. Children and Student Information
AI Worksheet Generator is designed to help create educational materials. The App is not intended to collect private personal information about children or students.
Teachers, parents, tutors, and other users should not enter student names, contact details, private school records, grades connected to identifiable students, or other personal information about children.
If you believe that a child’s personal information or private student information has been submitted to the App, please contact us at [email protected] and request deletion.
10. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying generated worksheets before classroom, tutoring, homeschooling, publishing, or any other educational use.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, age-inappropriate, or unsuitable for a particular curriculum without human review. The App does not replace professional teaching judgment, school requirements, curriculum standards, or human review.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, legal requirements, Google Play requirements, AI processing, payment features, or data handling practices.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
