AI Personal Assistants (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is an AI-powered assistant tool that helps users create answers, plans, emails, checklists, summaries, ideas, drafts, and other text-based content from user-provided input.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the AI Personal Assistants web version or Android app.
1. Information You Provide
When you use the App, you may enter text into fields such as your task, optional context, examples, requirements, and other details needed to generate a response.
You may also select settings such as assistant type, task type, tone, length, output language, or similar generation options. This information is used only to prepare and generate the requested AI response.
2. AI Processing
When you submit a request, the text you enter and the selected generation settings may be sent to an external AI API provider configured by the App owner, such as OpenAI, in order to generate the result.
Please do not enter passwords, payment card details, private keys, confidential documents, sensitive personal information, or any information you do not want processed by an AI service.
3. Generated Content
The App generates text automatically using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any generated content before sending, publishing, sharing, or relying on it.
4. Technical Data and Usage Limits
The web version may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, session identifiers, request time, usage count, and error logs. This information may be used to protect the service from abuse, apply free-generation limits, diagnose technical issues, and keep the App stable.
The Android app may store usage-limit information locally on your device, such as the number of free generations used, subscription status, selected product ID, purchase token, and local usage counters. This information is stored using local device storage, such as Android SharedPreferences, and is used to manage free and paid generation limits inside the app.
5. Payments and Google Play Subscriptions
The Android version of the App may offer paid subscriptions through Google Play Billing. Payments, subscription management, refunds, cancellations, and billing information are processed by Google Play according to Google’s own terms and privacy policy.
We do not receive or store your full payment card information. The App may process subscription-related technical data such as product ID, purchase token, package name, subscription status, and purchase verification response in order to activate or restore premium access.
6. Purchase Verification
To confirm subscription access, the App may send purchase-related data, such as purchase token, product ID, package name, and app version, to the backend server. In production mode, this information may be verified through Google Play Developer API.
Generation usage limits may be counted locally on the user’s device. If the App is deleted, reinstalled, or app data is cleared, local counters may be reset.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Limited data may be processed by service providers only when necessary to operate the App, including hosting providers, AI API providers, security tools, analytics tools, payment platforms, and Google Play services.
These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and applicable terms.
8. Data Storage
Some data may be stored temporarily in server logs, local app storage, browser storage, cookies, or session files for technical, security, usage-limit, or troubleshooting purposes.
AI requests and generated outputs may be processed by the configured AI provider. We recommend that you do not submit confidential or highly sensitive information through the App.
9. Data Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of personal data associated with your use of the App by contacting us at the email address below.
When submitting a deletion request, please include enough information to help us identify the relevant data, such as the app name, approximate date of use, and the email address or account information related to your request, if applicable.
We will review deletion requests and delete or anonymize applicable data where technically possible and legally required. Some technical logs or records may be retained for a limited time if necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or service maintenance.
Data stored locally on your device, such as app usage counters or local settings, can also be deleted by clearing the App data or uninstalling the App from your device.
10. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use online services without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the App and its backend services. However, no online service, AI system, or data transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
